We also gather usage data generated as you interact with the Covercap platform in order to monitor reliability, performance, and security.

We use the information we collect to operate and improve Covercap, deliver customer support, fulfill integration requests, and comply with applicable law.

Aggregated, de-identified insights help us enhance product capabilities without exposing customer-specific data.

We share data only with trusted subprocessors that enable core functionality such as hosting, analytics, and authentication. Each partner is bound by contractual confidentiality obligations.

Covercap may disclose information when required by law or to protect the safety, rights, or property of our customers and team.

Operational data is retained for as long as your account remains active or as needed to deliver contracted services.

We apply encryption in transit and at rest, maintain continual monitoring, and implement role-based access controls across our infrastructure.

Opt-out mechanisms are available for marketing communications, and telemetry preferences can be configured inside your workspace settings.
